    BUSTAN COAT 30–80 VBC is a special polymer-based, fire-resistant flexible coating designed for application over most types of thermal insulation, for both interior and exterior use. It is widely used for sealing and protecting fittings, piping, vessels, ducts, and equipment operating at low temperatures.

    The product exhibits excellent adhesion to mineral wool, fiberglass, and polyurethane foam. Being water-based, it is safe for use in all environments and forms a seamless liquid-applied membrane that delivers reliable long-term performance.

    Instructions for Use

    Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, or loose particles before application. BUSTAN COAT 30–80 VBC can be applied by brush or spray using suitable water-based application tools.

    Apply evenly to achieve uniform coverage. Multiple coats may be applied depending on site requirements and insulation thickness. Allow sufficient drying time between coats.
