    POLYMER MODIFIED CONCRETE AND MASONRY REPAIR MORTAR

    Prime Tek R-3 is a single-component, shrinkage-compensated, cementitious repair mortar reinforced with fibers to provide enhanced strength and extended service life. This high-strength reinstatement mortar is formulated using cement, graded silica, and special co-polymers to deliver excellent durability, adhesion, and long-term performance.

    The fiber-reinforced composition improves crack resistance and structural integrity, making Prime Tek R-3 ideal for demanding concrete repair applications.

    Prime Tek R-3 is suitable for:

    • Repairing damaged, decayed, and weak concrete

    • Replacing chipped or cracked concrete surfaces

    • Restoring concrete affected by acid attack

    • Repairing concrete damaged by chloride or sulphate attack

    For enhanced bonding strength and performance, the use of Bustan PVA Bond in combination with the powder is recommended.

    • Up to 40 mm thickness in a single pass on vertical and overhead surfaces
